He is a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering domain and also holds a Master’s degree in Materials Engineering and Nano-Technology. He is also a Registered Patent Agent at Indian Patent Office.

Dinesh has an extensive experience in Patent Filing and Prosecution with Indian & Overseas Patent Offices. Additionally, he advises and assists his clients on management strategies for their IP. He has handled various IP applications for Mechanical, Nano-Technology, Electronics, Communication and Computer/Software related inventions. Many of the applications have also resulted in quicker grant of patents.

He is committed to keeping abreast of the changes in Patent Office Rules and Procedures.

Overall, his experience includes handling of IP portfolios, conducting IP audits, IP Asset Management, developing in-house routines, etc. for SMEs and some of the Fortune 500 companies.

Rahul is a Co-founder and Partner at Goldfins Legal. He is a Barrister and Solicitor registered in Canada and Advocate in India. He has an overall experience of 10 years. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Intellectual Property Rights. 

Rahul has extensive experience in handling Corporate Legal affairs with strong contract management and complex negotiations experience. He has handled key management positions and successfully managed technical and legal departments in multiple companies. He has handled clients in various domains relating to Property, Tax, Investments, IPR, Healthcare, Financial Services, IT Services, Business and Outsourcing Services, VFX and Animation, Ecommerce, Travel and Tourism, Automobile/ Mechanical Industries and many more.

Rahul has handled cases in jurisdictions that include India, US, UK, Canada, UAE, Hong Kong, Netherlands, Austria, Germany, Gibraltar, Luxemburg, Lichtenstein, Sweden, Latvia.

Sonali Nehchani

Sonali is a Partner at Goldfins Legal. She is Software Engineer by qualification and has worked with one of the IT giants in India. She is a registered Patent agent at Indian Patent Office. Her experience is in Intellectual Property Rights, primarily focusing on Patents and Designs.

Sonali advises clients on various strategies for IP protection. She handles Patent portfolio of our clients, which includes various forms of IP applications in the field of Software/IT, Mechanical, and Electrical & Electronics industries in India and abroad. She also has an experience in Patent Searching, Drafting, Filing with Indian Patent Office. She is also expert in Design matters. She has an overall experience of 9 years.
